10,000+ is a Linked Helper claim. Ratings and review counts were captured from the external profiles on September 8, 2026. This is a dated research snapshot, not a result of this design project.

Scale should not erase context.

Manual personalization preserves quality but consumes time. Mass templates move faster but make messages look the same.

Write every message by hand

The context is specific, but the team repeats research, data transfer, and editing for every prospect.

Send one template to everyone

The campaign launches faster, but generic language reduces relevance and gives prospects less reason to engage.

Automate the work. Keep the message personal.

Personalization Suite brings data sources, rules, and review into one repeatable workflow.

Your data and rules.
Personal messages.

Every step is visible: choose the data, define the behavior, and inspect the result before it moves forward.

Choose context

LinkedIn profile, CSV, and custom fields.

02

Set priorities

Data roles and fallback behavior.

03

AI writes; templates assemble by rule.

Edit and choose an approval mode.

Choose the level of flexibility.

Use AI for individual drafts or strict template logic when repeatability matters more.

ADAPTIVE MODE

A separate draft for every person.

Describe the goal, language, and tone. Choose which facts AI must use, may use, or should ignore.

3 FACTS

Work with your own data.

A LinkedIn profile is only the start. Add fields from a CRM export or team research and decide what the message may use.

A clear source for every detail.

Give each field a role: required, optional, or excluded. The campaign logic stays visible and predictable.

Missing data does not break the message.

Decide what happens before a campaign runs: use another field, replace the phrase, or stop the draft.

FALLBACK RESULT
“Anna, I saw that Northstar is expanding its sales team across Europe…”

company_context was used. No generic filler was needed.

The final decision stays with you.

Review one draft, approve a queue, or enable auto-approval only for campaigns where it fits.

Different teams.
One way of working.

Choose a team to see how its context becomes a reason to reach out.

SALES CONTEXT

Start with a business priority.

Role, market and current company direction become a concrete reason to reach out.

No hidden logic.

Direct answers about data, drafts, and automation choices.

What happens when data is missing?

You decide beforehand: use a fallback field, replace the phrase, or stop the draft. Mark essential data as Required.

Do I have to use AI?

No. You can use templates, custom variables, Spintax, and IF–THEN–ELSE logic. AI is a separate mode for more adaptive drafts.

Can I review a message before it goes out?

Yes. AI Drafts can be reviewed and edited. Individual and bulk approval are available; auto-approval is an optional setting.

Which data can I use?

LinkedIn profile fields and custom variables, including fields imported from CSV. You can define the role of each source.

Does personalization guarantee replies?

No. Outcomes depend on the audience, offer, data quality, copy, and campaign settings. Personalization Suite helps make the message more specific and the process more controllable.

Reach more prospects without sending the same message.

Build your first controlled personalization workflow in Linked Helper.
